(Co-authors) ____________ of the Article ___________ transfer hereby copyright to the above-listed unpublished and original Article to the Editorial board of the journal Moscow University Physics Bulletin and authorize the editor-in-chief of this journal N.N. Sysoev to perform on behalf of authors further copyright transfer to the constitutors and publishers of the two versions of Moscow University Physics Bulletin: the original version named Vestnik Moscovskogo Universiteta. Seria 3. Fizika. Astronomiya and translated version named Moscow University Physics Bulletin - so that publishers become able to realize their exclusive rights to the corresponding issues of the journals, in accordance with RF law "On the author and adjoining rights", paragraph 11.2. The distribution of the rights between the publishers is regulated by Agreements between them as well as by Agreements between the publishers and the constitutors.
The authors reserve the following rights:
exclusive right to use the Article independently of the whole issue, in accordance with RF law "On the author and adjoining rights", paragraph 11.2;
the right to use all or part of the Article in other print publications of the authors as long as files formatted by Moscow University Physics Bulletin are not used and provided that references to these journals are included;
the right to use all or part of the Article, including the journals-formatted versions, for lectures or classroom purposes;
the right to post and update the Article on e-print servers as long as files formatted by Moscow University Physics Bulletin are not used and provided that reference to the journal is included; if the Article had been submitted as a preprint, before the reference was known, the file should be updated and the reference should be added.
The authors jointly warrant that the Article is original and does not infringe any copyright or violate any other right of any third parties, and that the Article has not been published elsewhere, and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
The signing author warrants that he signs this Agreement as authorized agent for and on behalf of all the authors.
